Be careful with the term “deconstruction”. The word has some serious connotations that I’m now sure you want to touch right now. That is unless you have some language to back it up.
I think rehabilitation and adaptability are better words. Both are open to interpretation, however, they don’t suggest any “style” as the word “deconstruction” does.
Im glad I got a spare minute to read these comments before i updated my statement! By deconstruction I intended the taking apart of the typical program arangement for this "type" of building. For me, what makes this a prototype is the change from architecture to human "reconstruction" / re-use.
