  1. It looks like you are getting somewhere. I'm looking forward to the review. Make sure you have some indication as to how you derived the "shapes" in the plan. To me they still look a bit random, however, now that you have something to work from it should be much clearer how to set the geometry within the system.

  2. I suggest you hatch the mountain that your cutting through. It will help show how you plan to set this thing into the mountain as opposed to on it.

  3. I agree with Nik. Some type of tone would help. perhaps use the same color as the model? anything but black.

  4. This Is similar to the problem I was having. Hatching will really make your intended plan stand out in the drawing, as well as clarifying it. Now that you said anything but black professor, Do you think representing the water in my model as black after all will cause i problem? I seem to think its simply a monochrome model, using monochrome tones...however the critiques may see it as something different. Im not sure.

  5. I think the water will be ok black. Are you going to add it for the rivers as well? It might give a different impression. Could be good or bad - you need to try it.

  6. Which Rivers are you implying? If you are referring to the pieces of water within my project then yes. After all, That is my ultimate reason for making the water black. That reflection within those pieces of water is extremely important to see, and to have the water around the island a different color i feel would be awkward. I will see how it looks and worse case scenario, its not very difficult to change. Thanks.
