Final Analysis Presentation

Final analysis presentation


This will be the final for the site analysis and documentation of all existing conditions, climate diagrams, mapping, zoning, site areas, etc. Also, the program description must be memorialized. This is generally information you have produced last semester. The only new material is the floor plans, sections and models.


Required documentation:




Large Scale drawings and model (format is not so important – content is!)







1. Site Data complete with zoning (make it up), climate, orientation, legend of adjacent buildings and landmarks, site section, circulation and building access. Regional map and local map with site identified. Most have this already, but we will present this info one last time in a clear concise document.



2. Site plan at an appropriate scale showing your plan with entry points identified.



3. Floor plans – all plans with main spaces identified. (These can be neat hand drawings)



4. Diagram (can be a neat hand drawing) demonstrating the planning relationship to the site conditions.



5. Solar orientation diagram.



6. Two Sections



7. Complete model (conceptual and otherwise)







Documentation on 10 - 8.5 x 11 sheets. These must be “Pecha Kucha ready” documents. (Choose a format (keep it simple and flexible) and stick with it – this format will continue through the semester at each deadline)
