Just adjusted my elevation. I think its looking good. I got to adjust the plans accordingly now since this will change the overall layout of the top 2 floors for the theatre.
the trees are too mushroom like and do not flow with the form in the background the scale of the joints in the surfaces seem to tight especially for the large floating box
why not make the foreground further back into the landscape so you see more contour lines, now it seems like the foreground is the sidewalk with these parks department planted grid of trees
the elevation from the park - if thats whats its called should look like this and just cutting further back would do it, the elevation from the water should see the water, etc.
It's not 100% complete yet but don't fret it shall be done!

You need the existing buildings in the background to set up the context.
