Nik - Updated Plan

So I have been doing a lot of thinking about this in drawing form and trying to figure some things out. I decided to make an "education wing" by using the left part of my project for classrooms, lecture hall, cafeteia, etc.. I also added in the residential piece which needs a little bit more of working out. I will be making a model of just the residential piece tonight and will try for the 1/16th model but it may take me the weekend to build the entire project. I like where this is so far but needs a bit more time in the oven.

Yes that is blood on my model woot woot!! Had to figure one more out to do the drawings off of, which I am in the process of now. Next will be another model without this blue foam.

I quickly made a model to place program and will now draw the plans and tweak it in drawings then create another model. The public circulation "resting" areas are clearly defined.

I used the public circulation to wrap around the building forming spaces in between as well as creating "resting" spaces for public access of the ramp. Next is to bring the circulation into the building at various points to create and define more elements.
