I decided to use the circles as a layer which sits in front of the glass curtain wall for the school zones. This provides a filter for privacy, but still allows sunlight to enter the space. It also helps distinguish school and public zones on the exterior or the building.
My new board, the second one listed, is going to be used to talk about the core. Also the details will be used to talk about the idea of filtering privacy and how materials and skin controls that.
More to come, but this is what my boards are starting to look like.

ReplyDeleteYou need a diagram relating the current proposal to your proposal. How many classrooms - shared spaces - square footage - parking count - ...
ReplyDeleteYou should model the mass of the current proposal to make a side by side comparison. Include an open space analysis.

ReplyDeleteIts hard to tell that its a screen from the renderings. How close is it to the glass wall? How is it supported? Lets see a detail.
