So Ive changed the graphics to fit the description of how I was suggested to do so. What does everyone think? Does it read correctly now?
Obviously, Darker hatch is the level being cut through. White is Ground plane at zero and the lighter hatch is the -10 level. I have also darkened up the hatch on the existing to bring it out a bit more. Any input appreciated.

This drawing is starting to really read. Now i see where you were going =)
ReplyDeleteYes, it does look better; however, I'm not seeing a "blurring" of the edges yet. Perhaps you should use the stairs to create the blurred boundaries.
ReplyDeleteTwo things should happen.
1. Delineate the axis in relation to the main building through view corridors and geometry. This I see in the central doors and the amphitheater and to some degree at the entry.
2. “Blur” the axis with the stairs at grade and the changing levels of the floors. This is starting to work at the entry and the wall next to the existing at the medical facility.
Connect these blurred axis through program.
